4. Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Fees once paid through this portal are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of technical errors or double payments. The refund process, if applicable, will be carried out after verifying the details with the school administration.
4.2 If any excess payment is made by mistake, the parent/guardian should immediately contact the school administration with the payment details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the school’s discretion.
