3. Payment Confirmation
3.1 Upon successful payment, a system-generated receipt will be generated
3.2 The confirmation of payment does not imply any endorsement of the payment made and is subject to verification and reconciliation with the school’s accounts.
4. Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Fees once paid through this portal are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of technical errors or double payments. The refund process, if applicable, will be carried out after verifying the details with the school administration.
4.2 If any excess payment is made by mistake, the parent/guardian should immediately contact the school administration with the payment details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the school’s discretion.
4.3 Any refund request must be made within 15 days of the payment date, along with a valid proof of payment.
